YANG MEMPENGARUHI KONFLIK PEKERJAAN-KELUARGA

Abstract
This study is a replication of a study conducted by Luk and Shaffer (2005), entitled "Work and
Family domain stressors and support: within and cross domain Influences on work family
conflict". What distinguishes the earlier study was on the factors that influence the occurrence of
work-family conflict, and on the level of analysis in work-family conflict itself is more detail on
the dimensions. The survey was conducted on employees BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia) office of
Central Java and Yogyakarta Special region. Data were collected by survey of 400
questionnaires distributed, only 333 were returned, and the number of 300 questionnaires that
can be analyzed. The sampling technique used is purposive and convenience sampling. Validity
and reliability of the instrument made before data.alat analysis is regression analysis used
hierarchical. Studies show that the factors that affect work-family conflict is the role of excess
burden and family demands, while role ambiguity and role conflict was not found to affect the
work-family conflict. Supervisor support and family-friendly policies do not moderate this
relationship, while peer support and family support was found to moderate this relationship.
Another finding is that the most powerful family support moderates the relationship between
family demands on work-family conflict is based on behavior, whereas coworker support was
found to moderate the relationship between excess weight to the role of work-family conflict as a
whole.
