Specific Detail Info | The Chairman of an institution should realize the importance of working satisfaction and the empowerment of civil servants pegawai negeri sipil in globalization era and autonomy. The working environment which relates with the relationship betwenn colleagues or physical condition of working environment can increase the comportable condition for the civil servant to interact with the other. As a sequence, It can increase the working satisfaction. This thesis if form proving that the working satisfaction has role for determining the influence of working environment and the empowerment of employess willingness for moving from one departement to another one. This thesis aims at knowing : 1. the influence of working environment the empowerment of working satisfaction and the influence of working environment 2. the influence of working environment the empowerment and the working satisfaction toward the employes willingness for moving from on departement to another one in Semarang State University UNNES. The data is collected by using questioner. Then, the sampling used are (one hundred ninety four) 194 administration staffs. For having the findings, double regresion analysis determinant coefficien and F test are employed. |
