Specific Detail Info This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of compensation to organizational commitment with job satisfaction as mediation on elementary school teacher with civil servant status in west Pekalongan District, city of Pekalongan. Data gathering method in this study was purposive sampling and the object of this study was elementary school teachers with civil servant status in West Pekalongan District, city Pekalongan who have working period minimum for 10 years. This study uses technical data testing, which covers validity test, reliability test, analysis regression, t test and mediation test. The data collected in this study was examined with validity test by factor analysis method and also examined with reliability test with alpha coeficient. The data was valid and the reliability testing result showed that 0,8994 for compensation variable 0,9020 for organizational commitment variable.
